Events are in various locations in Cambridge and Boston. Please check each event on the registration page and ensure you plan for travel and traffic.

Most events are free. However, some events may suggest a donation or require a paid ticket.

On our events page, each event will indicate if it is open to the public, invite-only, or sold out / full.

We’d love to see organizations throughout Massachusetts host bespoke events during Tough Tech Week. This is a great opportunity to engage with a diverse array of Tough Tech stakeholders who will be in town for the Tough Tech Summit and other events.
To host an event, follow these steps:

Decide on Your Event Type:
- Speaker Panel: Curate a panel around a specific topic and moderate the discussion (e.g.,
How to Fundraise in 2024 from Three Top Founders
). - Happy Hour: Host a casual gathering for a targeted audience (e.g.,
Deep Tech Happy Hour
). - Demo Day: Showcase a product with a branded experience (e.g.,
Activate Demo Day
). - Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner: Organize an invite-only meal for a more intimate event.
- Existing Event: Add an event your organization has already planned during the week of October 7-11 that you’d like advertised via our Tough Tech Week calendar.

Approval Process:
- After submission, our team will review your event for approval.
- If you have an RSVP page from an external site, submit it directly via the

link.
Once approved, your event will be added to the Tough Tech Week calendar. Our team will then contact you to obtain your organization’s logo for this website, welcoming you as a co-host of Tough Tech Week!
